The Great Northern Tier Geocaching Tournament: North Quabbin

Expert and amateur geocachers, individuals, and families are all invited to join the hunt for “caches” hidden throughout the North Quabbin Region’s forests, parks, farms and cultural sites using a hand-held GPS (Global Positioning Sattelite) receiver and a list coordinates.

Expanded Biking, Hiking, and Paddling caches for 2007! Once again Wendell State Forest will be our home base. From there, travel by foot, bike, and boat (and a little by car) to find over 50 new caches around the North Quabbin region. A whole new set of Night Caches too! Classes will be offered on GPS use and GPS units will be available for rent and for sale*. Come for the competition or just come for the fun.
